This place in great because it it so close to the city you have multiple forms of public transport within close walking distance. Access to great food locally. The place is large and has plenty of space for people to not get in each others way. There is a secure underground car park that I don't use. I only store my pushbike there.

The main living area of the house is open plan, with the kitchen, dining and lounge area in one space. The back wall is mostly glass which lets in a lot of light and gives a view of the back garden. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher. I live in the front bedroom and the bedroom in the middle of the house is available. The bathroom contains a separate bath and shower. The toilet is separate to the bathroom. I have no pets currently but have permission from the landlord to have a dog - I would love an animal in the house, and could help walk etc.
