- My name is Timmy I will be managing this property.
- You will be living in the house with a student from Vietnam in another room. He is very nice, he's studying his PHD here in Melbourne and he just arrived. There is another nice french guy in his 20s as well, he works full time. Alongside with another housemate that is a nice woman from Brisbane in her mid-20s, works in hospitality, and may come home late sometimes due to work. It is preferred by all 3 tenants that the common area is kept clean at all times.

- The property is fully furnished with WiFi, beds, bedside tables, couches, dining table, and kitchen essentials (microwave, toaster, pots & pans, air fryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge, few cutlery and bowls). It also includes Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

- A desk could be installed upon request.

- There is 1 main bathroom inside (shower + toilet, shared) and 1 extra bathroom outside (toilet only, no shower).

- The house is at a great location it is a 5–10 min walk to Metro for groceries, 5 min walk to Tram 59 to go into the city it is only 25 mins and it is 10–15 min walk to Train Station in Ascot Vale.

- The room is 300 per week negotiable!
