We are a professional couple in their early 30s living in a spacious home in popular Bentleigh , opposite a large park and walking distance to public transport. You will have the luxury of a large fully furnished downstairs bedroom which has its own ensuite and walk in wardrobe. We also have a backyard with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sunshine and the company of our cute little dog called Ruby. Welcome to our bright, spacious and homely house share in Bentleigh. The house is a quick 10 minute walk to Bentleigh train station with bus stops very close to the house also. A short 5 min stroll to Woolworths, Aldi, and all the shops and cafes that Bentleigh has to offer. The house is large with a garden and gorgeous decking area with BBQ and outdoor table just off the sitting room, handy for outdoor meals/vino when the suns out. We are behind the group of shops so also convenient when needing to grab something or go to the post office. Otherwise Bentleigh and Moorabbin suburbs are right next door with bigger and more variety shops. The house is long and double storied, so from the outside looks small but surprisingly feels like it goes forever... The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs and your bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. There is another toilet downstairs next to the laundry which is handy!! Unlimited internet is included in rent, all other bills are split - Gas and Electricity. It is a very nice street, quiet and about 1.5 km to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the local shops and Moorabbin train station. Nice backyard with BBQ. The room has built-in robes for clothes and storage. The backyard is lockable to keep Pets in if needed and I intend to put a Vegi and Herb Patch in when I get the tools to do so. The house is fully furnished. Except for the bedroom, which you can furnish as you please. Garage has space for extra storage if needed.
