Within a 5 minute drive to local shops and just under 10 minute drive to Capalaba. The place is air conditioned with ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a patio out the back. The bedroom on offer is unfurnished however the common area is all fully furnished (we can accomodate if you have furniture to add). The bathroom however will be shared. The place is quite big for a townhouse and we have no preference on gender. Prefer a non smoker with no pets as we don't have a backyard for them to run around.
