Very quiet, leafy area just off the main road - very central (walking distance to everything) and easy to get to - lots of big trees and wildlife.

The property backs onto council parklands with a dog park and there is a large secure back yard suitable for pets. I currently have one dog (old kelpie) and a few ducks which roam around the yard so any dog would need to be ok with them. Plenty of space for storage and parking as well. Room can be provided furnished or unfurnished depending on what you have.

Bus stop at the end of the street - 30mins to city on bus/15 by car, close to Birkdale train station, only 10mins walk to 2 major shopping centres, cinemas, restaurants, Goodlife/Jetts gym, Moreton tafe, parks and more. Also close to Westfield Carindale, moreton bay, Cleveland and Wellington Point.

Currently 3 other people living in the house (upstairs) - all in our 30's and working/study, we are all super chill, easy going, and enjoy sitting around the fire out the back for a drink here and there.
