Sizeable well equipped and fully furnished Kitchen with new appliances, plenty of cupboard space, dual sink with inbuilt water filter, 4 burner electric stove and oven two fridges as well (one for drinks, one for food). Airconditioned living area Brand new 7kg front loader washing machine. Decent sized outdoor courtyard with large clothesline, BBQ and a fire pit. Indoor clothesline in garage in case of rain (I dont have a dryer). A bit about the room-mates: we are very clean. Usually keep to ourselves but can also be sociable. Evan works Monday to Friday in IT from 7am till 7pm and I work in construction throughout the week on a fulltime basis. In our spare time Evan spends most of his playing video games in his room and if I'm not doing the same I'm either reading, watching netflix or out and about going on hikes and travelling. We are Looking for someone chill and tidy who also works fulltime. All downstairs area is air conditioned. I have the en suite bathroom and I park my car in the garage daily, so there is only street parking. I have 2 spare bedrooms at the property, but I am only renting out one bedroom to one interested female. You can pick which bedroom you want to take. None of these rooms have air conditioning, but they do both have built in wardrobes and ceiling fans. You will also have your own bathroom. I do have furniture, but if you also have furniture, we can incorporate it into the place or there is space in the spare room for storage (if need be). I do already have the following furniture; - Fridge - Washing Machine - Kitchen Utensils - Couch - TV I am waiting for an outdoor setting to arrive too.
