About the property
I think the best place about living here is how close you are to everything you need. There’s multiple of every grocery outlet within a 5 minute drive from the property, countless options for take out if you’re feeling lazy on a Friday night or weekend, as well as anything else you might find yourself needing.
Aside from that, we’re close to public transport if you needed to train into the city, or if you’re driving yourself old Cleveland road is pretty close so it should only take about 30 minutes to get into the CBD.
There’s air conditioning, however it’s recommended you have a portable AC for the warmer months that you can setup in your own room.
I will be doing some handy work to the property while having flatmates live with me. It’s my goal to tidy the place up and finish it in 2026.

Hey my names Tom
I’m a sparky, pretty laid back but definitely pride myself on my cleanliness. Although I’m not a freak about it, I just like a tidy space to live.
Not big into partying & Spend a lot of time at home, however I live in a granny flat in the back yard so you won’t have all that much to do with me as I like to keep to myself. I also have a partner called Gabby who comes over usually once during the week and we’re always doing stuff on weekends.
There’s currently another room mate living in the house called Eddy 30(M) who keeps to himself but is friendly and always up for a chat.
Last but not least the house also comes with a furry friend named Indi. Indi is a well behaved German shepherd who doesn’t bark but absolutely loves her ball. I’m sure she would be more than happy to have another member in the household she can convince to throw her ball for her in the backyard.
