This is a really nice apartment, spacious, lots of light, big rooms, and located in a quite leafy area. The deck and most of the windows look out over the surrounding roofs with lots of trees visible (see panorama shot from the small deck) Aircon in the living area. Lots of shops, and public transport near by, the location is very convenient. Two undercover car spots and room for a third parked behind (but would have to move for the others to get out). The flat itself is great- rooms are a good size and we have an adorable little balcony. There a split system aircon in the living room but not in the bedrooms. Bathroom is shared but has a tub which is nice. Each room has really big windows so those are nice for some sunlight and to get a breeze in the room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and oven and we have laundry on our floor so no need to haul your dirty clothes to a laundromat! Rent is $804 per month and bond is $782, this is a lease transfer so there'll be a small transfer fee but the lease lasts until Aug so would be best if you could stay on until then. We're about 15 min walk from Toorak station but we're right on Trams 5 & 64 so I mainly use those but we do have a car park so that's all yours if you want!
