But can be removed if needed. The whole apartment is fully furnished minus a few bits and bobs I need to still buy. You will have your own bathroom but the washing machine is there so that part is shared. The property is off Sandgate road, but you will have the back bedroom so it is reasonably quiet. Hi there! My housemates and I are looking for an easy going, friendly and clean housemate to join our home! Unlike many units, our home is VERY spacious and has a number of different spaces for you to chill in. My favourite part of the home is the very large private outdoor area which has a beautiful view of the city. The kitchen has everything in it that you'll need, the living area is cosy and comfortable, there's a small BBQ on the deck and the shower is top notch. Your room has a built in cupboard and overlooks a garden. It's not a huge room but my sister (who is currently in it) fits a queen size bed and small desk in there quite comfortably. Our home is also in a great area - just a short walk to Albion train station, bus stops, a large number of great cafes (and the best bakery in Brisbane, 'Brewbakers', if I may say so myself!), a yoga studio and the Albion Hotel. Toombul shopping centre is just a short 5 minutes drive away and it's really close to the Brisbane River (Newstead). A drive to the city will only take you 15 minutes. The space is also REALLY quiet. We rarely hear our neighbours which we love! There's plenty of street parking, some storage space in the garage and the suburb itself is really safe! I love living here and know you will too!

The house is a magnificent renovated 4 bedroom Edwardian Queenslander. It is fully furnished except for your room. It features; a grand entrance hallway complete with arch, a wrap around veranda, 10 foot high ceilings, 2 living spaces, a games room with billiard table and dart board, 2 working fireplaces for use in winter, wooden floors, air-conditioning, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, walk-in pantry and an island bench. There is also a tech/printer/storage room along with secure storage space under the house. It is in a very convenient location being 7 km from the CBD and a 15 min drive to the airport. Public transport is great with the northern busway (Kedron Brook station) a 5 min walk away and Wooloowin train station 10 mins away. The nearby Lutwyche Centro has a Coles, Aldi and Post office and Chermside shopping centre is a short drive away. There are also a number of gyms in the vicinity. Gated off-road parking is available. You will get your own car space along with buzzer. Sorry, no pets, no smokers. Room: The room is a massive unfurnished bedroom with built in wardrobe that extends to the height of the ceiling. It fits a Queen-sized bed and bedside tables comfortably with room for extra furnishings. There is a TV socket in the room. There is also very fast, unlimited cable internet (100mbit). Cost of the room is $175 per week. Internet, electricity, gas and water are extra. They are split evenly between us. The utilities in general are very reasonable. Bond is $700. The room is available and can be inspected now.

I have a GREAT view of Brisbane city. There’s a handful of trendy cafes all within walking distance. You will have your own bathroom (please note this is also a shared laundry). Your bathroom has a HUGE shower. Your bedroom has its own balcony access. I have free WIFI. No smoking please! Street parking is very close. You can always park in the onsite visitor parks as well. Bills are included in the weekly rent. $200 per/week - one person (bond - 2 weeks) $300 per/week - couple (bond - 2 weeks)

Lovely home and easy to get along with. :-) Just ask that you are CLEAN, respectful please and self sufficient :-) The pics included are the kitchen (clearly :-) ), upstairs dining area, upstairs lounge room and all of the downstairs area inc lounge room, bathroom and fridge is completely for you. Bedroom has a walk in robe as well. I've also included a pic of outside and also the downstairs bathroom (although the pic doesn't really do it justice). Really lovely home, close to airport, city and pretty much everything.
