Hi everyone! Our current housemate is sadly moving back down to Geelong so we are looking for a new housemate to join us in Coburg! Currently there are two of us in the house and we're looking to get one more to join. The room available from the 28th of April and rent is $190 per week. We are in a fantastic location close to Batman station (2 min walk) and Sydney Road (3 min walk). We are also close to the Batman markets, Coburg velodrome and the supermarkets are just down the road. We're looking for a female housemate, preferably over 40 ( or late 30's minimum) to share this wonderful home. Available for rent is the main bedroom with built-in robes. Included is a large 2 room shed to share with my other flatmate, which measures 3.25m X 3.2m (your share) and has power, concrete floor and shelving. Cooking and hot water are all gas as is a wall heater in the kitchen/dining area. There is a lovely garden here, front and back with space for further veggie patch development. We have 2 worm farms where all our veggie scraps go to. Anything not appropriate for the worms goes into our 2 compost bins. We try to be diligent in our landfill and recycling situations too and are extremely conscious of not wasting our resources.

Our street is tucked away so it is very peaceful and you don’t hear traffic. We are right near the Merri Creek for a good dose of nature. All the bedrooms (including our own) are on the second floor.
