This is a great little flat in the middle of Brunswick! Only a five minute walk to public transport and the nearest supermarket. The building has a courtyard area with a lift, underground parking, and friendly neighbours.

Your room would face into the courtyard, which means you get a good amount of light and have slightly more space. Room is fully equipped with high-speed ethernet for people who are WFH. The bed, desk, monitors and chair seen in the photo are all available for sale.

For the communal living area, we have a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room table with three chairs, balcony with ample space, and a TV with multiple game consoles. Bathroom is shared and has a shower with a nozzle attachment.

Applicants must be okay with having a cat in the apartment. Pumpking is indoor only and has FIV, so if you own a cat yourself, this is not the apartment for you.
