We have one very large bedroom available in our 3 bedroom townhouse in Brunswick. The room has built-in-robes and is unfurnished (though queen bed could be made available if desperate!). The bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person but there are three toilets - so plenty of porcelain thrones for everyone. The house has a wonderful open living plan and is very spacious. We also have a brand new deck and the backyard is currently undergoing a greenful regeneration so it is the perfect place to spend the afternoon! We are very close to buses, trams and trains and Sydney road. And there is parking both on the property and ample street parking (without any restrictions!). You would be sharing a house with two females in their mid-20's who are both working full time. We both have very busy lives but we enjoy having a drink and dinner together as well as just chilling, watching tv and just generally be awesome. Looking for someone to share my apartment with. it's on the small side, but the spare room is a pretty decent size. The room has a queen bed, and a sofa bed in there at moment, as it doesn’t fit in the lounge, but I can put the sofa into storage if you don’t want it in the room. It also has a built in wardrobe. At the moment it's used to store my junk,but this will be moved before anyone moves in. Shared bathroom with a washing machine. I have 400gb internet data a month, and a land line that you can use if you need. There’s not too much space in the kitchen, but we can reorganise things. I rent the fridge from radio rentals, so we may need to get a bigger one. I also have an extensive DVD collection. There is also an off street parking space available. It’s located just off Sydney Road in Brunswick, 7ks from the city. There’re lots of cafes nearby, as well as a pub at the end of the road that does pretty good food. There are also lots of medical facilities nearby if you need them. There are 3 tram lines to choose from either on Sydney or Lygon, also a train station about a 15-10min walk away. It’s a great location, and I love it. Bills are roughly $30 a week, this is phone/net, power and the fridge. I also have netflix. Before moving in, you'll need to fill out the tenant application form and be approved by the land lord. The lease is up mid June, so I may look to move to a cheaper place on my own, or possibly with someone and get a bigger place.

Lovely unit is Brunswick! It's off the street in a nice area, close to shops and only a 1 min walk to trams. Being located in the heart of Brunswick means that, of course, there are loads of cafes situated around us, many parks to hang out in, and multiple supermarkets in the near vicinity (we're a ten minute walk from Barkly Square!). In terms of public transport, you'll be close to the number 1, 8, and 19 tram lines, and a five minute walk from Brunswick train station. The house itself is cosy, and sweet. We like to keep it as clean as possible, so we aren't looking for anyone that's particularly lazy (however, we are forgiving to anyone who has a disability be it physical or mental health related). We aren't looking for anybody that's hellbent on partying every night as the houses here are all very close together and we aren't looking to upset our neighbours and have to be up early for work Monday through Friday.
