There's a bus stop in front of the house for the 503 Essendon-East Brunswick bus. This bus goes to Anstey railway station (which is also just 8 mins walk without the bus, on the Upfield line), and also to Essendon railway station (on the Craigieburn line).

19 mins to Melbourne University, 27 mins to RMIT (city campus), 5-10 mins to RMIT (Brunswick campus). Less than 30 mins to the city.

The room is a very large room. It can be furnished or unfurnished as you prefer. If you want it furnished, it comes with a bed, desk, office chair, and a wardrobe.

The house has a large shared bathroom and a large shared kitchen with lots of cabinet space.

The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, and refrigerator.

There's a laundry room with a washing machine. There's also a sunroom, so you can hang your clothes to sun dry indoors.

The house has central heating for your comfort during the colder months.

There is unlimited internet provided.

All bills are included, such as electricity, water, gas, and internet.

As mentioned, this is an all-female household. There is a maximum of one person per room, so there will be a maximum of just 3 other people living here, in addition to yourself...
