Its a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony on the 13th floor. Since the flat has 2 bathrooms, you will have your own personal bathroom. The building has a gym and an outdoor swimming pool as well. The harbor is a stone's throw away and is perfect for evening walks/runs. We’re in a great location within the free tram zone, 5mins walk to bus stop, 15mins walk to Southern Cross station. Closest Coles and Woolworth locate at Southern Cross station. The apartment features one parking place but currently used by another flatmate. There are few public off-street parking places very close to the apartment. The room is suitable for one person. However, if any other flatmates move out, you could change to other rooms. Since the bigest room has a bathroom, the second bathroom will be shared only by two person. From Nov 2018 to Jan 2019, you will pay a lower rent for around 233AUD/week. I have a single bed and a corner desk in the room now which will be available at a reasonable price, or I can move them out so the new flatmate could move in his/her own furniture.
