The house is located a short walking distance from Lake Weeroona, Coles supermarket and public transport. Finally, the outdoor area includes a large front yard and a 2 m high fence for privacy. Bills would be split equally. Water and gas are quite cheap. Electricity is pretty high in the winter (which is not unusual) but if the heaters aren't left running overnight the bills are very manageable. Internet is mobile broadband 140GB per month. It's not a lot but unless streaming in HiDef, I've never been over so happy to share it.
