Located near Bendigo health hospital (6min drive, 30min walk). The home is fairly new and modern with a nice layout which has lots of natural light. I’ve added a few pictures of the home including the newly renovated bathroom. Fans in bedrooms and a big split system for heating and cooling the house in the main living area which does a great job of heating/cooling rooms. On street parking for your vehicle.
I am preferably looking for one person similar aged to me in their 20’s but open to outside of this.

About the flatmates
Hi all I’m Makayla I’m 25 and I will be looking for someone to rent out the spare room in my home.
The room has a queen bed and bedside table with built in wardrobe. The bathroom is shared as it’s a unit and only has one bathroom which was recently renovated.
I’m pretty used to keeping to myself having lived in sharehouse since moving studying at uni and now work full time. I enjoy going on walks, hanging out with family and friends and relaxing at home with a good book or movie.
