This house is really low-maintenance, clean, and modern, with super efficient ducted reverse cycle aircon & heating throughout. We have 3 bedrooms, the available bedroom will share the bathroom with one other. There are 2 living areas, 1 with a lounge & tv, the other has a futon & tv cabinet but we are missing the TV so when we get another housemate, if you have one you’d like to share feel free, or we will most likely get one so there is more space for the three of us to chill. I have a sweet gym setup in the double garage, so feel free to use that when I’m not using it. The backyard is a simple courtyard area, but there’s no shelter or outdoor setting, only a few chairs to hang out in. We have a big BBQ which you can use. You can use my kitchen stuff, or we can clear some room if you have your own. All I’ll ask if you is to get your own Tupperware/containers if you don’t have any. We are both pretty clean and tidy people. We share the load of doing a weekly clean of the house (vacuuming and mopping), and have a clean as you go attitude, because no one likes a messy housemate who leaves their dirty dishes everywhere. We tend not to do communal meals as we are both pretty independent, but we have the odd pizza night in. Only thing I would want you to know is I have 2 adorable little pugs who are cuddly and love attention so I do warn you when you are home they will attack you and your guests with love :) so loving doggies is a must! We have been living in the townhouse for almost a year, the lease ends in June but we are keen to renew. We have a room that is totally vacant and up for rent, right across from the bathroom and toilet, upstairs. The second bedroom is kept as a guest room for family who visit from interstate, and friends. We have a one-year-old male Kelpie x Labrador who is full of energy and very friendly, and sleeps outside. He is outdoors in the backyard, which is fully enclosed, whenever we are not home. We do not have a doggy door and will not accept dogs being inside 24/7. Rent is $200 per week, and that would include internet (current plan is 1000GB/month) and water. Electricity and gas vary each month and would be split three ways so it is even. There is street parking available, I occupy the garage with my car. We are less than 10mins walk from Oaklands Railway station and there is a bus to the city just 5mins walk from our home. We are about a 15min walk to Westfield Marion, too. The townhouse is fully furnished, though the vacant room is not furnished. There is a shared bathroom, and one separate toilet upstairs and one downstairs. Washing machine is available for use and washing powder is shared, purchased by whoever's turn it is next. We are very tidy and clean, and like to think our townhouse is homely and cosy. We often have the television, radio or computers going with shows or music, and the kitchen is open for use any time - obviously! All cooking equipment is already at the home, including a fridge and appliances.

Hi ! I'm on the hunt for a housemate to come share my lovely townhouse in Camden Park (about 4 minutes out of Glenelg). Rent is $360 a fortnight including bills (Internet, gas, elec). Bond is $860. There is some furniture in the room (wardrobe, and smaller wardrobe) however this doesn't have to be used. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I work and study full time so am always pretty busy. Movies, TV, books, basically all pop culture are my favourites. I like to enjoy a nice glass of wine and am a total foodie.
