Its only 10 minutes from the beach by car, its only 15 minutes to the train station. It has air conditioning warm and cold, I have an international tv channel , two TVs and wifi it has off street parking for two cars, and should it be necessary a bus passes by the house from early morning until late at night. It has a nice garden where you can sit and it is in a quiet street not far from fremantle. There are no special rules except to keep the kitchen clean and respect that other people are living in the house.

Our house is close to South beach (7 minute bike ride) and Fremantle so it's perfect for getting lots of beach action. We are conveniently located near shops and public transport. The house itself is quite spacious with some big common areas, but the bedrooms are opposite sides of the house so you still get your privacy. Ducted air con to keep cool in summer!

There are also some of Perth's best restaurants within walking distance. Our apartment is two-level, with *3* balconies - the largest of which is the balcony next to your room. From this you can see the ocean and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. (Or do the same from the awesome swing-chair on the main balcony.) South Beach is just a couple minutes' walk away, so you can easily pop out for a quick swim and come back for a luxurious, warm shower. You'll have the master bedroom, which is huge (i.e. more than enough for a couple), with an en-suite bathroom (bath + shower) and a walk-in wardrobe. Let me know whether you'd like the room furnished or not. Also, being a new building (only 2 years old), it's very well-designed with all the mod cons. It is close to South Terrace but it is quiet & peaceful and has a lovely garden and outdoor deck. You'll love it - it's ideal.
Hilton is a fantastic area to live in , it is close to South Freo Beach , close to the buzz of Fremantle café strip , pubs and clubs , it's a very leafy suburb with friendly neighbours . The house is just off south street with IGA, pharmacy, bus stop, post office and Gilbert fresh around the corner. It's a cosy home with quite large bedrooms and common areas. The room is fully furnished (but if you prefer your own we can clear the room) , rooms have polished floor boards and ceiling fans , A/c in living room and dining area. The master room we have to offer has a full length huge wardrobe, perfect if you come with a lot of stuff. We offer unlimited wifi, gas, electricity & water all included in the rent and most importantly we a have a Dishwasher! ;) We live with a little old dog called Max (chihuahua), who will keep to himself and sleep most of the day but loves a pat and cuddle if your up for it.
