Bring yourself, your clothes and personal belongings, everything else is provided with weekly cleaning , all linen including fresh weekly supply of hand towels, bath mats and tea towels and no need to chip in for those shared consumables like toilet paper, bin liners and dishwashing detergent it’s all sorted! You’d share this house with just one other room when it comes to the common areas of the kitchen, lounge and dining and all just a 5 minute drive from the heart of Fremantle and beaches.

The property has just had all new carpets, flooring, curtains, lighting, door hardware and painting in addition to a general upgrade of all things practical so you can be assured its a clean and welcoming environment to retreat after any hard day enjoying your well earnt down time.

There are two outdoor patios in addition to a very large backyard to enjoy a quiet space for yourself whether to enjoy a meal, read, meditate or even some yoga on a lusciously thick lawn. Gardeners are always welcomed on this property although we have someone come in and look after all that too!

The kitchen is well equipped including brand new NEFF cooking appliances perfect if you love to cook and with glorious patio views that are most inviting to enjoy your meal with our glorious sunsets.

The lounge room has everything that provides for a great night in, comfy lounge, large TV, afternoon sea breezes and opens out onto a very large patio to watch the world go by.

The Bathroom has both a walk in shower and separate bathtub, two hand basins making it easy to offer one for each room and loads of cupboard space.

The Master Bedroom has it own walk in robe, whilst the Queen room has a generous built in wardrobe in addition to the bedroom furniture for you clothes and a space to make your own.

There is plenty of off-road secured parking included.

The property is located within a sort walk to a street style shopping centre including an IGA, Chemist, Post Office, Bakeries, Hairdressers, Multiple Food Outlets / Restaurant's and a choice of two service stations just to mention a few. In the opposite direction is South beach a 3 minutes drive down the road as you go past a Woolworths and Aldi.

The bus stop is just two doors away taking you either directly into Freo within 5 minutes or to the Murdoch Train Station with everything in between.

We have a weekly cleaning service so no need to have a house schedule other than to clean up after yourself, the lawns and gardens are maintained fortnightly. We supply the toilet paper, bin liners, dishwashing detergent and general consumables such as fresh hand towels, bath mats, kitchen towels with each service.

Please note this property is non smoking, drug and alcohol free. It is not a party house.

Rent required is two weeks in advance at all times, a two week notice period and bond as outlined. In essence you will need approx 5 weeks rent available upon arrival.
