Car parking if difficult for this area, only street parking available is in neighboring streets or you can park at food land but have to move your car every 3 hours :-/ We are advertising for an extra car park within our building, if we find one, rent would increase by that cost per week as it would be yours.
Hello! If you came to see this property you would expect to be surrounded by nature plus the beach, close to Henley Square and transport. Its very chilled out place. There is high speed internet, ceiling fans in every room. We have ducted heating in main areas ie lounge/kitchen. Gas stove and spacious kitchen. Shared gas bills plus elec bills are cheap and in Summer rarely have one due to 16 solar panels. So much to say but best if u come and meet us and get the vibe of the place 😊

The unit is furnished and is right on the lake and with amazing views - so amazing that the big window serves the purpose of a TV :) The unit is on the first level. There is off-street parking. The bus stop is just outside the property. Beach is within an easy reach - across the road and almost there. Or the lake beach is just 1 min walk away. The free room is unfurnished at the moment, but can help you furnish it. I have an inflatable bed as a temporary solution. No pets, no children, only non-smokers accepted. The beach at your doorstep! Absolutely stunning ocean views. There is incredible natural light and sunsets over the sea from most of the house. A jungle of houseplants. A fireplace in winter time. A really nice deep bath. It is one of the oldest houses on the street, with a lovely history and plenty of character- a true bohemian beach shack. I took on the place almost 7 years ago from the original owners. It is cosy, colourful and has a relaxing and inspiring energy. It's close cycling distance to Henley Beach, Semaphore, West Lakes and the train to the city. It's a 5 min walk to bus and a 15 min walk to Grange train station. If you drive, everything around here is pretty much 5 minutes away. The room available is the biggest in the house. It's painted a beautiful terracotta, has a built-in robe and an old workbench. It's a little bigger than 3m by 4m. It has floorboards and a view of the sea. It is currently being rented, and I will update photos as soon as possible.
$16 Uber home from town, close to the beach for when it finally stops being shit and cold, Coles, Micky D’s and a decent chip shop up the road and a couple different bus options only a short walk away. We have internet (mostly used for Netflix) bbq, air conditioning/heating and a swim spa! Who else has one of those!? There are currently three girls and a tiny pup living here. We’re fairly quiet during the week and usually go out to socialise rather than bring it here but we’re not opposed to the odd bevvy and a chat now and then. Would prefer someone that has houseshared before but generally just a respectful, courteous person. Must have a job cos we got bills to pay!
