Hey there, this is a very nice and well maintained furnished home. It is very spacious with tall ceilings and a decent back and front yard. It has two bedrooms and a split bathroom (toilet separate to shower), the kitchen is sizeable yet cosy and the stove and oven are relatively new and work perfectly. The dining room is great for hosting friends over for dinner and the lounge room has AC and a heater to enjoy some downtime after a long day. It is located just a 10 minute walk to Ormond station through well lit streets and it is a very quiet neighbourhood all around. There's bus stops all around as well which because I drive I'm not familiar with their route but I know they go to the beach, Chadstone and Carnegie. Ormond is a great area with a bit of everything from the local pub to restaurants from all around and it's only a 5 minute drive up the road from Brighton beach. Last but not least the house has an undercover garage with a big storage space as well.
I work from home and know the area pretty well, so can assist you to know how to get to places quickly and easily by public transport.
