Collaroy beach is spectacular and usually very quiet. On most nights you can hear the waves crashing. The feel of our home is pretty tranquil, fun and relaxed. We respect each other’s privacy but always down for a chat, meal or drink at the end of the day if we are home. We are clean and healthy, with a little herb/ veggie garden, a compost bin and we really don’t watch a lot of TV in the lounge room so it’s a nice place to chill. It’s definitely not a party pad either but of course you’re welcome to bring people round. Unlimited WIFI included. Internal laundry with front load washer and dryer. Has a cool little courtyard garden with a weber barbecue. Main bus stop to city, Shops, restaurants and puns including The Collaroy on Pittwater RD are only a 3-4 minute walk. Bills (gas and elec) split 3 ways every 3 months (Usually averages to about $10 per week). We also take turns in cleaning every third week so the home is always pretty clean and easy to clean when it’s your turn. No smokers, sorry.

Wake up in the morning, grab a coffee and head down to the beach to hear the sound of beautiful, crashing waves. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants within a 100 metre walk of our apartment or you can buy groceries from the IGA (which is just underneath our building) which you can then cook on our bbq or in our fully furnished kitchen and eat on our balcony, overlooking the beach. There is a 50's inspired movie theatre less than 300 metres walk away and a recently renovated bar called 'The Collaroy' just across the road from our apartment, where you can also enjoy a couple of drinks and a bite to eat. If you'd like to enjoy a spot of shopping, Warringah Mall is only a 15 minute drive away, or if you'd like to head out for a night on the town, Manly is only a 20 minute drive away. There are also plenty of public transport options, with double decker B-line express busses leaving just outside our front door. Included in the rent are all bills - these include electricity, water and internet. Only myself and my partner Zaver live in the apartment.

The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas and a gorgeous spacious backyard, with a garage for storage. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry have been recently renovated, and the whole house is bright and airy. Great location to the beach, Dee Why shops, public transport and a great cafe literally 30 seconds walk away. The driveway fits at least two cars, but always room to park (free) on the street as well. The room has a generous built-it wardrobe, two windows, and it would comfortably fit a queen bed.
