About the property
Decente size beachfront apartment, massive terrace with uninterrupted ocean and beach views with shops and IGA next door. Also 8/10 minutes walk to Dee Why town centre and B-Line buses to CBD. We have a bus stop right in front of the unit with City Buses in peak hour.
There is a 6yo female pitbull in the apartment, well trained and very friendly.
If you are not a dog person, do not apply as she lives with us inside the place. Great companion for afternoons walks on the beach,
We have laundry with washing machine and dryer, aircon in lounge and kitchen has dishwashing machine (even though I don't use it)
Internet included but does not include utility bill (gas/elect to be shared every 3 months)
Cleaning to be shared weekly, either doing it ourselves or hiring a professional cleaner.

About the flatmates
Share a 3br unit with a 46yo male IT Professional and his 5yo female dog. She is very friendly and well trained.
Preference to be given to dog lovers as she lives with us.
I work from home 2 days a week and use the 3rd bedroom as a Home Office, which can be shared if required.
Off-Street, car space available and internet included.
Flexible on the furniture. Currently furnished.
Bills (gas, elect) not included to be paid every 3 months
Great for someone that loves the beach and the ocean.
