Hi there! I have a room available in a lovely art deco apartment close to Potts Point and only 5 mins walk down to the water at Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The place is small but has a nice big living area opening onto a cute balcony with neighbourhood views and heaps of natural light. There's also a big shared garden that gives us a leafy outlook from one side of the apartment. The room for rent is on the corner of the apartment with big windows on two sides. It's pretty small but still fits a double bed, wardrobe and dresser easily enough. The place was painted and carpeted before I moved in 6 months ago and has nice high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are pretty compact and vintage (ok so they're small and old) but in good condition with everything you need. Dimensions are in the photos. Disclaimer: no laundry in the building - I do mine around the corner, I thought it would be an issue but it's so close it's no big deal.
