WHO WILL YOU BE LIVING WITH?: You will be living with: • me the owner (Richard) and my partner Ashley: I am 34yo (born and raised in Sydney) male full time professional who enjoys catching up with friends and family, going to the gym and trying new restaurants/cafes. I am friendly and easy going, enjoy both socialising and private time. I love all sports. Ashley is a 31yo female professional working for an engineering firm. Ashley loves health and fitness. Our bedroom is located on Level 1. • Jo: a 32yo female fulltime banking professional who is very friendly, outgoing and considerate. Jo’s bedroom is located on the Ground Floor. Your bedroom and Jo’s bedroom are located on Ground Floor. Your rooms are separated by the large outdoor atrium. • Due to working different hours and days the house has a pretty independent feel. There is plenty of privacy available. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND MISCELLANEOUS: • We are looking to share our home with a mature, clean and courteous individual who is social but also understands how to live in a shared space and respect other’s privacy. • We are after someone who has lived in a shared environment previously. • Given the house, furniture and appliances are brand new, it is important that the person is respectful and mindful whilst still comfortable. • During the week things are typically very low key. This is not a party house - though we try to catch up for dinners every couple of months. • The dynamic of the house would suit a mature and independent person from mid-late 20s to mid 30s. • Both male and female applicants welcome. • No couples. • No pets. LOCATION: • Highly convenient location in close walking distance to both Enmore and Newtown hubs including bus and train. • 7 minutes walk to Newtown train station (about 600m). • 7 minutes walk to Stanmore train station (about 600m). • 2 minutes walk to Enmore theatre (about 300m).
