The house is brand new. My current house mate is leaving before the lease expires in June, but I want to stay on at the property as I think it’s really lovely and close to everything. This lovely three bedroom house is located in Petersham, on the very edge of Leichhardt. With a 10 minute walk to the station and with two pubs nearby, what more could you possibly need? Another 10 minute walk in the opposite direction takes you directly into Leichhardt which has a small shopping centre (Norton Plaza), a Commonwealth Bank branch, multiple small restaurants and cafes, a doctors surgery, beauty salons and many other shops.
