(We have vegie boxes with a few different herbs and edibles). The house is located in the very central suburb of Heatley. It’s close to domain Castletown stocklands and willows. Kitchen, dining, toilet and bathroom all recently updated/renovated. Yard is fully fenced with 6 foot fences. I have 2 dogs so you must get along well with dogs, they are both very loving and well behaved. The house is fully furnished, not including the room, so you must have your own bedroom furniture. The room has a built in wardrobe a fan and an air conditioner. You can park your car inside the Yard or on the street whatever you prefer. There is plenty of room for storage under the house. There is also another toilet, the laundry, and another semi built in room downstairs that is fully lockable. I have been planting fruit and vegetable plants so when fruiting you’re more then welcome to help yourself. I have a large deck with a bbq for use whenever you’d like. I don’t really have any rules other then cleaning up after yourself, paying rent on time, and respecting others space and property.

Large property close to the city and the strand with a view of Castle Hill. We get a great breeze through the house which reduces the need for aircon in the summer. Each room has aircon and ceiling fans, the front rooms have roller shutters for complete darkness. We have a large backyard and undercover area for entertaining. Undercover off street parking is available. We are dog friendly people, and have a 12 year old Bullmastiff cross who is an outdoors dog. There are two spare rooms to choose from, and you would have sole use of the main bathroom.

Great location, walking distance to town very close to lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. City lane and Woolworths only a block away. Spacious 3 bed apartment with a large balcony, fully furnished apart from your room. Building has two pools, a spa, a gym, lots of parking and storage. Room has a ceiling fan and aircon and gets the afternoon sun and a nice breeze. Both other housemates are away a lot so good balance of alone time and social time, don't mind a drink or a meal together when we are both home. House is always pretty tidy but not super anal about it just pick up after yourself, preferably looking for someone who has shared accommodation before and we expect someone who is respectful of their housemates. Sharing the bathroom with one other female, pretty clean, expect to take it in turns cleaning the bathroom every other week so there is never much of a job. Have a veggie garden that consists mainly of chillies which you’re welcome to contribute and help yourself. We’re pretty open to anyone who is the right fit.
