The granny flat is the ground floor of the house. It is entirely independent (separate kitchen, bathroom and living room, plus a home office). However, the washing machine is shared with the upstairs tenants. The living area opens out to the covered rear patio which overlooks the pool (both shared). This is perfect for a couple, someone working from home, or a person just looking for some independence! All of this and only a short drive to shops, transport, just a few minutes to the motorway and straight into this CBD. It is also a great location to cycle to the city using the Veloway 1. Additionally there is a garden shed and 1 lock up garage, plus some more covered, off-street parking, and loads of on-street parking (shared). We have signed a one-year lease on the property.
