I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the Beautiful suburb of Ascot!! I have just recently purchased a house and therefore need to move out. The unit is located in the heart of Ascot and is a short walk from Racecourse Rd. The unit is one bedroom, with a full size bathroom including a bath. It has a decent size kitchen and lounge room and additional lock up storage/ laundry downstairs. The unit also has a remote control garage for your car. The place is all tiled which makes is an easy place to keep clean! There is also a little deck out the back overlooking the courtyard. The rent at this unit is incredibly cheap considering other prices in the area! I am looking at a settlement date for my house being 90 days. However I can move out anytime really between now and 90days. With the lease up in July, that gives roughly somewhere between 5 -3 months stay depending what you need.
