Gorgeous rainforest retreat perfect for a professional single or couple who want to be in the heart of edge hill and close to town.

Fully furnished detached granny flat with views of the pyramid from the verandah and heated spa. Private setting in the middle of the rainforest with gardens and a floating daybed.

The granny flat is probably best described as a mini cottage (Air BnB style). It has a separate entry to the main house, however is on the same land - it is raised, so is still private.

The layout is simple with a small kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, walk-in robe and generous patio. Laundry facilities below the house.

There is room for maximum one car street parking as the street is very narrow. Therefore this granny flat may not be suitable for couples as much as singles.

Property is not suited to most pets given it is in the rainforest. You will have a resident bush Turkey (Terrance the terrorising turkey) that loves to mess up the garden... and be barked at by our pesky tiny dogs (dashie and frenchie) as you walk up to your retreat.

Rent includes reasonable use of wifi, electricity, water and security cameras. Some light gardening will be needed between gardening visits.

Property is not suited to those with mobility issues as the walk up the rainforest steps is a steep one.
