Whats better than a whole apartment in a prime location in the middle of Broadbeach? My partner and I are looking to rent out our apartment for five weeks from the 16th of March - 20th of April. Its a fully furnished apartment perfect for a couple looking for temporary accommodation between places or while looking for more permanent housing.

Rent includes all utilities and unlimited internet access, as well as on site garage parking if needed. There is a smart tv with Netflix, prime and Disney plus, washer dryer, large fridge and plenty of space!

The apartment building has pool and bbq amenities and Max 5 minutes walk from Supermarkets, pacific fair, Broadbeach south main tram and bus stop and mostly importantly, The beach!

Once we find the right couple, we would like the 2 weeks bond of $1200 that will be returned on exit be paid before your stay to lock in the apartment.

Preferably couples as it is a one bedroom apartment, message of further details or if interested!

(NOTE: The desk in the living room with the Computer on it will be removed for the duration of your stay, freeing up some room. We will clear all our belongings out bar the cupboard in the main living room as it’s quite small and will have a few things we can’t take out.)
