Beautiful tranquility up for grabs. I travel for work and have few longer trips planned. My home is available to someone who is looking for a temporary home in a peaceful and quiet environment. This is a 2 bed, 1 bath property with a large terrace. I will be travelling so you will be there by yourself often. Would be suitable for a professional working at the Gosford hospital which is less than 5 mins walk. Someone working remotely with the occasional trip to the city like me as the train station is 7 minutes away. Or anyone else who works or studies in the area and likes a peaceful environment. I keep the place tidy and will expect the same. This is in no way a party house. Not suitable for couples, children or anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs in the property.
