The apartment is across the street from Flinders Street Station and Federation Square.
It's ideal for one person or a couple to live in.
There is a reception area, elevator/lift as well a large study area and laundry facility are all located on the lower floor.
The apartment block is located inside the Free Tram Zone and directly across from Flinders Street Station.
It's within walking distance of the MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Yarra River, Botanical Gardens, National Gallery, Southern Cross Station and Marvel Stadium.
RMIT, Melbourne University are a nice walk or easy tram ride away and other tertiary institutions like Swinburne in Hawthorn are a public transport ride away.
There are 2 supermarkets close by in Elizabeth Street.
Some linen, bedding, towels, utilities are provided.
