• If we both agree - the apartment is yours ONLY when a 4 weeks rent is pre-paid (not refundable).

SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE
• In their twenties and thirties, overseas students, professionals, singles or couples.
• Respectful, pay rent on time, take good care of the premises, very clean and tidy.

NOT SUTABLE and/or not allowed
• Excessive cooking, children, parties, smoking, vaping, drugs, excessive alcohol, and pets.

APARTMENT fully furnished
• Very, very clean (and you must keep it that way)
• Bedroom: Queen size bed, linen, pillows, doonas, towels.
• Living room: TV, wardrobe, bedside drawers, lamp, study desk and chair, vacuum cleaner.
• Kitchen: Tiled flooring, oven, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, cutlery, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Washing machine provided (communal laundry available too)
• Bathroom: Tiled floor, shower, bathtub, and toilet.
