This 1-bedroom pool house is adjacent to our family home, (connected by outdoor covered deck). Access up the side/back of the main house.
Beautiful light-filled space with high ceilings.
Fully furnished only.
Complete with bathroom/shower, King bed, fridge, A/C, BBQ, electric fry pan, rice cooker, toaster and kettle. There is a lounge area with sofa, TV and table with chairs. Sliding glass doors with timber frames open up to covered deck area.
Shared pool and laundry access with our family.
We are looking for a quiet, easy going individual (or couple) to stay for a week or two at a time (max 4 weeks, around other calendar commitments), negotiable. Cash only 1 week in advance.
Shared internet.
Shared infrared sauna for use (during the daytime hours). Sorry no pets allowed in Koala Beach.
*Important* Please note: it's street parking only and we have a steep driveway, so this property is only suitable for people who don't mind walking up/down driveway hill/stairs.
