My beautiful apartment is available for a short stays, available for whole apartment to yourself or sharing with me for a reduced price.

Option 1: Whole apartment to self, price after inspection (electricity and gas included in price, internet not possible as l use my personal hotspot. ALDI mobile will give you nearly unlimited data if that interests you.).

Option 2: Guide: $750 p/w couples, $600 singles, I’m in a separate room (electricity and gas included). Singles you are welcome to use my personal hotspot when I’m home, l have a lot.

Prices confirmed after inspection, please note I can only comfortably accommodate couples/two females friends for a week. Singles l can do two weeks if possible.

I’ll be in the sun room, you’ll be in main bedroom with cupboards but you are welcome to use the sun room/t.v when I’m at work or not home It’s a dream t.v at 75inches. 📺

Please know l am vegetarian and have a meat/chicken free kitchen at home. If this will bother you, l am asking you to please not ask to move in 😅 No awkward vibes necessary

Individual fob key activated lift / secure complex + shared roof top.

I am health conscious especially with exposed brick walls that holds scents. No smoking or vaping inside.
If my sensitive fire alarm goes off due to above, bond will not be returned and put towards a fumigation fee 🙏

Would suit someone in-between leases, a city getaway or just a quiet break of travelling who wants somewhere central. 2mins walk from metro Waterloo. $1 to get into the city and beautiful Barangaroo.

About me: I will be in and out throughout the day/night, I like to have music on when l’m home but can definitely keep my music off if you prefer quiet time or studying, I love to dance, ocean swim and eat at yummy places 🙏

Very flexible on dates and options (1night stay possible) 🙏

If you are travelling, l can definitely take you out to go ocean swimming and see some fish at North Bondi or boogie boarding in some easy calm waves or explore Sydney with you, if not I’m happy to suggest places for you to visit solo 🌊☀️

No pets, but happy to look at photos 🤩

*cleaning roster not required, I naturally clean often. Just normal adult tidying up after yourself is 100% okay

Bonus: I’m happy to pick you up from Green Square station if flying in or straight from the airport if late at night. Taxi fee’s are a buzz kill here!

P.S There is a study nook I’m happy to share.
Price includes all the things like linen, soap, towels if needed, toilet paper, cleaning fee etc. Any problems just let me know 😀
