Hi guys! This is a very comfortable room and perfect for students! Since I'll be travelling from 4th december onwards, I unfortunately need to rent my room. The room has modern furniture and has a huge window in the living area - you're gonna love it! Internet is super fast and is included rent. Gas, water, heating, cooling and everything else is included as well! The place is really quiet and just a stone throw away from Chapel St, St Kilda Beach, Bus stops and tram stations.
