This apartment is available for up to six months from 24 th Feb... slightly flexible to a single person or a couple with a maximum of two people staying. No pets, no children, no subletting.

You will be expected to abide by the Body Corp rules and keep the apartment clean and well cared for.
All utilities are included including power up to $240 per month. Above that you will be asked to pay the difference which would be unlikely.
