PERFECT ROOM FOR A COUPLE OR TWO GOOD FRIENDS IN ST KILDA Whats up fellas, our lease runs out on the 10th of June, but we are looking to leave in MAY, so we are subleasing our room in St Kilda from around the SECOND WEEK OF MAY, but we are pretty FLEXIBLE with the date. You DO have the possibility of staying in the house afterwards, you just have to start a new lease with our landlord. Its a super cosy house with around 10-13 people living here. It doesn’t feel like that many though, since we all have different schedules, so usually only maximum 6 people are around at once. At the moment we are all travellers on Working Holiday Visas or Student Visas. People in this house are super social and we all like talking over a beer or glass of wine. The house is located in St. Kilda East and its super close to the tramlines 3/3a, 16, 67, 96 and the Bus Line 606. So lots of options to get around Melbourne! We are also close to two Coles, two Woolies and in walking distance to lots of bars (e.g. Chapel St), the beach and just 100 meters from the beautiful Botanical Garden. The house has a big kitchen area, two bathrooms (with two showers) and comfortable chill-out areas inside and outside. We all like the house clean and neat, but we don’t loose our shit if its look a little messy for a day or a night. But people usually clean up, when they’ve had friends over. Our room is well lighted and has a beautiful high ceiling and big windows. Its the biggest room in the house, so the housemates are all a bit jealous of us. You can either put the two beds together so its a queensize bed or you can seperate them. All furniture is provided, so you just need to bring your bags and bedding. All the roommates are super friendly and chill. We wouldn’t say that its a party house. Its usually quiet during the weekday nights, so you can sleep well and get up early in the morning. On the weekends we either hangout together in the livingroom, spend time in our own rooms or have friends over. EVERYONE is welcome! The rent is $190 PER PERSON/WEEK = $380 for the room/WEEK. What you have to pay depends on when you move in. If its more than 28 days before our lease runs out on the 10th of June (say you move in before the 14th of May) you would have to pay for these days as well - around $54,5 dollar for 2 people per night.
