There’s a large fully equipped gym, a massive lounge room with marble fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and walk in pantry and a separate dining room. There’s also an upstairs kitchenette (who can be bothered walking downstairs, right?) a washing machine, a verandah, an outdoor area with an amazing Jacaranda tree and a majestic one hundred and fifty year old Moreton Bay fig in the front garden. The penthouse boasts arguably the greatest combined views of the bay (looking over St Kilda) right across to the North East of the city, including everything in between (the City of course). This means you can see every sunrise and sunset all from the apartment! It has a long living/lounge room with an open kitchen, with the entire outer wall being floor-to-ceiling windows/doors. All of the glass is double glazed, which means warmer winters without heating and cooler summers without air-con. This then extends out to a long and balcony, which furthers the views of quite literally 3/4 of Melbourne. The convenient location quite literally has the tram stop to the city at the entrance of the apartment, and then is a 2 minute walk to Fitzroy street for more trams. Of course being in St Kilda, you are in the heart of some of Melbourne's best shops, groovy cafes, funky bars and my personal favourite - an Aldi (we don't have that in Tasmania), all within 5 minutes walk. The penthouse itself is comprised of one double bed en-suite room(the available one) and one double bed room, with a separate bathroom (2B2B). The Room: The en-suite room is available furnished, semi-furnished or empty - completely up to you! It has a roomy double BIR (and used as big double mirrors), and a wide panoramic window overlooking the bay, St Kilda and the city. The en-suite bathroom is modern and spacious, with an open shower and toilet. I am in the process of furnishing the entire apartment with modern and comfortable furnishes. The stock standards are bought and installed (stainless steel fridge/oven/dishwasher), with a couch and tv being organised asap. Available short or mid-term, singles/couples, all depending on circumstances. Bills can be included in for fixed price (if short term) or split evenly (if long term).
