Hi there
I'm an Outdoor Education and Recreation facilitator looking for a mindful houseshare with like-minded people, for medium or long term.
Ideally an acreage or a house with backyard. I work mostly with youth in centre based activities and expeditions. I'm very organised and mindful, and have a healthy lifestyle. I'm vegetarian (but respectful of your choice) and active (including martial arts and yoga, hiking, paddling) and mindfulness.
I consider myself a chilled, friendly, kind, positive, nature lover, calm and grounded person. I like my privacy and respect other's as well, but I'm also open to catch ups for a yarn, dinner, and helping out with something. On weekends I might be doing something outdoors like camping, hiking or country drives. I'm looking for a quiet place to replenish after my day. As extras, I have some experience with Permaculture and Syntropic Farming and I am a good handyman. I have working with children check and so I welcome kids in the household.
Definitely NOT looking for a place to "crash", but for a quiet place where I can rest after a long day after work and enjoy it, not close to too busy strets/roads. :) I would prefer my own bathroom, if in a houseshare. In that case I would like to share the place with only another housemate or depending on circumstances (if it is a big place) with just another 2 people or a couple. Definitely not looking for a party house and would appreciate knowing beforehand how "socially active" you are in receiving guests over.
Things that I enjoy: nature immersion, bushwalks and hikes, waterfall chasing, trees and their wisdom, camping, country drives, exercises, Jiujitsu and Yoga, reading good books, studying new things, crafts, creativity, research, deep conversation with friends over a dinner, cooking, enjoying the little meaningful things.
As for the level of tidiness, I had flatmates living with me at my place for many years and it worked very well when they were females, so if you're a female and unsure about sharing a place with a bloke, it should be perfectly fine as I also do like to keep things organized, clean and the general feeling of a cozy and homey place. ππΌππΌ
I have plenty of good references from my current landlord and real estate also, if necessary.
If it sounds good to you please feel free to contact me for more questions and details. I look forward to hearing from you.
Namaste
