I’m looking for a clean, tidy and peaceful home — not a party house and a non-smoking home is essential.

I’m easy to get along with, respectful, and very clean. I enjoy being social but also value personal space and a calm environment.

I work full-time Monday to Friday in health administration.

I’m flexible on furnished or unfurnished, but would prefer my own bathroom. I have a small car and will need parking (street is fine). I don't have any pets.

In my downtime, I enjoy walking, reading, art and visiting art galleries.

I’m a straight Australian gal, queer-friendly, and respectful of all cultures and lifestyles.

I’m mainly looking in Charlestown, Mayfield, Lambton, Newcastle West and Warabrook, but open to other areas if it’s the right fit.

My move date is slightly flexible.
