I'm very flexible and easy going, I ensure that I am kind to everyone and give every person I meet a fair chance and be kind to them. I enjoy spending time with others but respect boundaries and personal space. I try to avoid mess and generally am a tidy, respectable person hoping to study and make friends simultaneously.
I'm currently doing a full-time diploma of nursing at TAFE. I did an arts degree at uni, majored in French and English. I like reading - history, novels, non-fiction, philosophy... I like art, music, good films, coffee. I am learning the drums and looking to join a band one of these days. I try to go swimming for exercise a couple of times a week, and do yoga and meditation when I'm not lazy.
I've recently graduated from my Bachelor of Psychology and I've just accepted a spot in a Masters degree. I have a student allowance and also work casually so I have a reliable income. I'm respectful, tidy, hard working and responsible but also like to have fun sometimes! Whether that's a good Netflix binge or a few (or a few too many) drinks on occasion. I'm looking for a 6 month lease in a house with max 2 other people. I need either a decent sized unfurnished room so to accommodate my queen bed and desk etc, or a room furnished with a double or queen bed. Would prefer built in wardrobes and a ceiling fan. Hi, my name is Summer! Originally from Adelaide, I am packing my bags, moving interstate to complete the same degree available at Flinders- the uni a mere 15 minutes from where I currently live. But hey, I love adventure and the idea of exploring somewhere new! I would like to think I am pretty laid back. I love having a good time with friends whether that be out somewhere exploring or in the comfort of my own living room. I am a sucker for a good TV show, and as much as I hate to admit it, I am completely Netflix obsessed. But come on, who can resist Millie Bobby Brown and the rest of the gang from Stranger Things?! I am super passionate about writing and love discussing/sharing opinions and facts about history. I also love the beach, having a kick of the footy, the concept of traveling (I haven't actually been outside of Aus before) and books! I am looking for a house to share with likeminded people, who are independent, but happy to spend the weekend hanging out and having some fun!

I've just returned home to Newcastle from Canberra. I'm looking for a place close to the coast so I can attempt to surf again. I'm working part-time and volunteer with a few organisations as well. I am super passionate about the humanities and the environment particularly refugees and working toward a plastic free society. So, I am always fairly occupied with these interests :) I love a good conversation, coffee, the ocean, animals, camping, yoga, friends (and making new ones) and family! It would be a bonus if there were a garden and a dog ;)

Hi we are Sacha (Aussie) and Carlos. A couple. Back from overseas and needing a room. Happy to extend a stay if everyone is happy (move date flexible as well). Needing a short walking distance to public transport to CBD, and supermarket. Reliable fast internet our only other request. Clean, respectful, quiet, friendly, busy and independent. All normal things really. Beach is a bonus (beach lover) but price is more important. As we have many friends across the world of many ages, we generally get along well with anyone so long as they are happy, and all are easy to share with (the same as mentioned above). Outside of work we enjoy keeping fit, reading, tv and film, music, a glass of wine, bicycle riding, the sunshine, markets. Enjoy gardening too if you need help with plants / garden too. Ready to move in December. Many Thanks
Hi all! I am moving to Newcastle and I'm looking for a pet-friendly sharehouse available from the 19th December or in the first week of January. I'm a 25 year old professional working full-time. I am tidy and like to keep a clean house. I am active and enjoy netball, going to the gym and lazing at the beach. Im a fun, laid back person who will be keen for a beer. I have a Moodle and a Dalmatian puppy :) They are great with other dogs and cats. I'm a bit of a crazy dog lady - I'll be taking them to the dog beach every afternoon I imagine. I will need a pet friendly place with high-ish, secure fences. Pups will be outside dogs but I would like to have them on the end of my bed at night if possible. Im looking for a furnished house but I can bring my own bedroom furniture. I also have other bits and pieces of furniture if required. I would be happy to pay a bit extra for an ensuite, but if not that's fine. I would prefer if bills were included in the rent to save mucking around, but either way is fine. Unlimited wifi is a bonus. I would like to sign a lease/agreement to stay for 3 months for now with possible extension. Please contact me if you will have a suitable room available after Christmas. Cheers, Amie :)
I recently moved to the Newcastle area for my job. Currently in Stockton but I need something for an initial 3 months, possibly longer depending on work. Hi there, I'm a medical student from Melbourne looking to move to Newcastle for 6 months on my gap year, so that I can save up before travelling for 6 months. I'm looking at the coast because having grown up on the beach, Melbourne really doesn't quite compare when it comes to the ocean. I have lived in a share house for the past 2 years, so I know how to respect space and maintain cleanliness. However, I also appreciate house bonding over copious amounts of tea, a good gig or two, and sometimes even a cheeky bev doesn't go astray. My plans are to work constantly for the 6 months, whilst also studying in my free time, because medicine is hard. Feel free to get in touch, thanks!
