I am a Personal Trainer who owns his own business here in Perth. I love my sports,i'm honest, easy to get a long with and a trustworthy guy.

I am looking for 2 people that would like to share a quality 4 bedroom house or to lease a house with myself. I will be happy with at least 2 people to start off with then we may get another person to rent the last room out. I will be applying for a house north of the city between say Balcatta and and as far up to Joondalup.

I have all of my furniture so the selected people would mainly need a bed and their belongings. They will need to have 1-2 character references, have full time work and financially secure. Thanks
