Hi, I'm a sole parent (Mum - 53yrs) looking to move to a new place as soon as possible and I am hoping to find another single parent to rent with or possibly a person who simply enjoys children as I have one son who is 11 years old going into High School next year.

We are wanting to find a new home as soon as possible close to the Runaway Bay, Paradise Point area to suit another single parent/ person to share a household and utility costs, etc together.

I am happy to pay up to $500 a week for both myself and my son, so combining our rent could hopefully find us a great house with lots of space for us all! I would prefer an only child if possible (age to be over 7 years old) but am negotiable depending on the space available in the house we find :-)

We are very clean, friendly and easy to get along with and respectful to others and have a poodle.

I enjoy yoga, walking, going to the gym, cooking, going to the beach, family weekend outings and generally live a pretty quiet life :-) This would be best suited to a woman, someone who is possibly working or studying, is quiet, honest and reliable.

Must be clean and tidy and be personally responsible in a share environment!
