I have a motor scooter so parking space is preferable.

Ideal is a nice bright, spacious home. I'm clean, tidy and respectful of belongings and privacy.

Friendly, chilled, no hang ups, I love sunshine and the beach, sailing, swim at the pool every day, good wine with meals, cocktails with friends, books and going to music events. Well travelled, I lived in Italy for a long time.
