Hi all,

I’m looking for long-term accommodation.

A bit about me: I’m a tidy, respectful, and reliable person who pays bills on time.

I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs, and I prefer a calm household (no heavy drinkers or drug users).

I have a friendly female kelpie/staffy cross named Jesse. She has previously lived with another dog and a cat with no issues, though she can be a little picky, so a meet and greet would be ideal if you have pets.

I run a mobile boat detailing business part-time. Some weeks are busy, some are quieter, but I’m financially stable.

I volunteer at SCARS animal refuge every Monday.

I also have a girlfriend in Maleny, where I stay two nights a week.

In my downtime I enjoy the beach, photography, video games, movies, and catching up with friends for dinner.

I mostly keep to myself but don’t mind a chat.

My budget is $300–$380 per week.

I’d prefer:
My own ensuite (not a deal breaker)
Bills included
Furnished (at least a bed, but I can buy one if needed)
Non-smoking household preferred (but flexible)

I don’t cook much and usually eat out or have simple meals. References are available if needed.
