Hello my name is Marie and I'm working in Early Childhood Education.

I’m a pretty simple person, like to keep busy and mostly never home. If I am, I’ll like to chill and rest.

Looking for a place closer to the beach. Currently living in Canberra, but relocating to Newcastle area.

Need a quiet space to call home for a year or so, while saving to buy a place.
I ’m a quiet person but can hold a conversation about anything and everything if the person is right.
Lived in many share houses, so I’m fully experienced.
I’ve traveled a lot in my time and have many friends from all over the world and Australia.

I am looking for a place with an ensuite bedroom or at least separate toilet bathroom.
I will need a parking spot if available, street parking is ok. I would really prefer a garage or carport but happy with any parking space close to home that I don't have to pay extra for.

Two bedroom place would be preferable, I’m not bothered if it’s with a couple or single person.

If you have room available or your looking to team up to find a great place. I’m cool with either.
