Ok. are you sick of having to go into someone else's sharehouse and not being able to set a high standard? Do you want more control with the house that you live in and the people you live with?

I am looking for a team up for a nice size house, preferably with at least one other person that wants to assist in "controlling" the house and the housemates that come and go. I personally want to have the assurance that I can leave my belongings in the house have the ability to rent out my room (or not) while I go away for work etc. Ideally the house has 3 people dependant on the size of the house (I've seen places with 4 bedrooms and a 2 bedroom granny flat, but wasn't able to get it on my own).

I don't wish to put my belongings in a storage unit anymore and I want a place I can call home, and a safe secure space for my belonging, and car.
