23 yo working in the marketing/advertising industry. I've lived in a share house for 5 years so know the drill! Love a cheeky mid-week vino and grabbing a coffee on the weekend. I'm usually out of the city on the weekends visiting friends and family but if I'm in Syd, you'll find me in a cafe, by the beach or exploring a new coastal/bush walk around the city! Looking to move by 31 August. Hit me up if you think we'd be a good fit! Kate
Young professional (24) working in the CBD. Love travelling, music festivals, technology, fitness and dogs. Spend a lot of time either out of the house or by myself. I've lived on my own and with housemates, would consider myself pretty relaxed. Happy to help with cleaning as I prefer a tidy space. Mostly introverted in the home but happy to be flexible :)
31 yr old Canadian expat who’s been living in Australia for the last 9 yrs, working full-time in healthcare. Neat and tidy, social yet appreciates times of solace. Lover of coffee, food and a damn good G&T. Enjoys sleeping in on weekends if not working. Always appreciative of a good Netflix session. Moving from Orange come August
I am an IT professional, 29 years old and work in the CBD. Originally from Sri Lanka but very well aligned with the Australian set up since I studied in Melbourne and lived there and Sydney for years. During those days, I mainly lived in Shared places. Therefore respecting others and their privacy is nothing new to me. And I expect the same from others as well. I am looking for a place which is calm and quiet (not a party house). Also the place should be clean and tidy and has some space which is liveable and free up the mind. I prefer the home is close to city (Haymarket area) or less than 30 minutes ride from train or bus (which have frequent access to public transport). Also not limited to the suburbs listed here. I may consider any other liveable suburbs as well. I will be at work during day times and the night I will be at home. During weekends I will mostly be at home. I will cook time to time, but for sure I am not going to cook daily. I'd love to meet new people from different countries, cultures and backgrounds so that we can share ideas, thoughts, food and have some good time together. I am looking for either a private or shared room (with just one other person - male or female). A furnished room is preferred. If a private bathroom is provided, that will be great. But private bathroom is not mandatory. I am ok to share it along with other common areas such as kitchen and laundry. Also ready to team up with 1-2 similar minded people to find a wonderful place. If you think I am a person whom you like to share the house with, please feel free to contact.
Hi there! I'm an American citizen moving from London after studying there for 3 years. I'm coming out to Sydney to work full time as a lingerie/swimwear buying assistant in Alexandria. I'm tidy, positive, chilled out and easy to get along with. I'm not a smoker or a party animal but would definitely like to find a flat with a social environment. In my free time I love cooking, hanging outdoors and an occasional glass of wine (or three). I would also be super happy to live with a 4 legged flatmate. I'm looking for a 6 month place with a private room in a neighborhood with easy transport links to Mascot or Central Train Stations and would love to live with a group of people in their mid 20's ideally. Send me a message if you have a listing that fits the bill!
26, Single guy from London. Easygoing and sociable, likes to have a laugh but also keen on keeping a home as a home. Neat, clean and tidy. Have a work vehicle so would ideally like some off road parking. Feel free to send me a message..
Hey, Im Max! I will move in August from Hamburg to Sydney to work as a Software Engineer. I do a lot of Sports (Kung Fu, Surfing, Skating) and like to cook quite often, mostly in the evening. I like to do stuff together but also like to do my own thing. For the first 6 weeks I can stay somewhere, but then I need a place to stay. I would love to live with people that share my passions like cooking, Martial Arts, Surfing ... or get inspired by the passions of my flatmates. cheers, see u :)
We are couple in our mid 20's. Working full time from Mon-Fri. We are easy going ,Clean and Tidy. We love to go out to explore Sydney on the weekend. Now we are looking for a nice and quiet place to stay . Our preference are Master room with ensuite / private bathroom or studio but feel free to offer us other options or a place in any area that close to CBD :)
I am a down to earth sydney sider who has lived here all my life. I'm 29 and work as an architect full time. I love hanging out with friends, listening to music, making furniture, and playing soccer. I'm looking for a house with a really chilled out vibe with nice housemates who like a mix of socialising and down time :)
Hey! We are a working couple in our late-20s who recently moved to Sydney after living in London. Both love travelling and hanging out with mates. Through the week we are pretty low key, but will most likely be out and about on the weekend. We like getting outdoors but also like chilling at home cooking and having a wine. We are clean and respectful of others. Looking for a like minded flat mate(s) to share a home!
Hi, my name is Rani and I am a 31 year old female who has an adorable little cat called Jinx and we are looking for a home for a minimum of 6 months. I work near the city full-time as a carer, and also run my own business, so I'm pretty occupied most of the time. Home for me is quiet and peaceful. I do love to have a chat here and there, but I also enjoy downtime and privacy. When I am home I love cooking, reading and pottering around! Jinx is super loveable and sweet. She is more like a dog than a cat! She loves interaction and will very happily curl up and give lots of cuddles. I am clean and tidy, and Jinx is fully house trained! If you think your place would be suitable, we'd love to hear from you!
I'm currently an international student studying at Sydney University. Real coffee lover and always enjoy a beautiful sunny day. Though my main focus is my study, I often go to the gym and being a climbing beginner recently. Occasionally out for some night drinks with friends having some good chats. I'm a tidy, cleanly person and respectful to people. Hoping to find a friendly place in which called home.
So I'm hunting for a new place to share as my current place in Edgecliff is coming to an end. I've had a lot of fun living between the city and beach but am looking to move back into the inner west. A bit about me, I keep pretty busy. Work a lot though the week and keep social and active on the weekends. I'm 30 and work in construction consulting, working more than full-time. I’m a pretty tidy guy and like to do my part. I’d definitely say I’m respectful of people’s privacy but always keen to get involved when the occasion calls. Im looking for a place that is looking for more of a house 'mate' and not just someone to move in to pay a portion of rent. I like house-mate dinners every now and then and good conversations while at home so that's ultimately the kind of vibe I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is a nice unfinished room which isn't cramped, preferably an apartment with 2 other people, preferably with an ensuite or share the bathroom with one other. I am only looking at places with a secure / allocated car space available. Cats unfortunately are a deal-breaker for me because they seem to be the only thing in the world I'm allergic to.. I have temporary accomm with my friends in Balmain until October if I need it so I'm in no rush, just looking for the right place. Anyway, If your still looking for a housemate, and you think I might suit then hit me up. Cheers!
Hi there! So I'm working for a professional services firm in Sydney looking for a double room to rent, in a cool home with cool people. I'm tidy and respectful, and fairly flexible on the start date but aiming for mid September! I'm a Brit who left the London on January 14th on a one way ticket to Singapore, and solo travelled through South East Asia with a stop over in Hong Kong and Japan along the way before arriving in Australia on 13th July. Definitely have some fun stories to tell! I enjoy cycling (so space for bikes are needed) learning languages, watching rugby union and cooking on gas. Available for viewings. Looking for flatmates that are sociable who could be friends, but also respect personal space. Thanks! James
Hey hey I’m Chris I’ve lived in Sydney my whole life moving from city to the south to be closer to friends and family working doing excavation work. Looking for a place to call home with a relaxing environment. In the same respect I don’t mind going out from time to time pretty outgoing and fun.
My name is Laura, I'm a 25 year old personal trainer from London, and have moved to Aus on a Working Hol Visa with my boyfriend Sid who is also a PT. We are currently living in Paddington, working in pubs at The Rocks right across from the opera house, and spending as much time as possible touring the city :) we spend quite a lot of time training either in the gym or at JiuJitsu when we're not at work, so are fairly busy. We love to cook, are super clean, and hella laid back :)
I’m tidy and quiet, yet social and open. I’m easy to live with and love to cook, -not just for myself, but especially to share my meal with others (a very danish mentality)! I’m very active, am member of Glebe rowing club and have a full time job as a chef.
