Hi! My name is Cami from South Korea studying childcare. My boyfriend I are looking for a nice place to stay w/. We are looking for a private room w/ ensuite and we want to move in two weeks (04/02/2018). Thank you and have a good day! :)
Howdy! I'm a youthful 32 year old, and am an in-and-out-of-the-house kind of person >> spending 3 night shifts away from home every week ( I look after 5 teenagers in a refuge!) During day light hours I assist local government with cultural projects and art workshops! This will be my 4th shared house I'll have been part of and my experience has been fine every time. I'm confident I'll get along with any house mate who is level headed. My last lease was 2014-2016 in Crows Nest. There were several periods when I had to cover the rent for both rooms in the apartment - so I understand the burden of parties that don't pull their weight! I'm gregarious, generous, capable & reliable. Love to have a drink here and there too. No drug problems :) Food sharing and furniture I have ALL the furniture. But it's happily stored at mum's. Things like fridge, tv, bed, coffee tables, kitchen paraphernalia etc etc. What's not needed can stay in storage. Happy days
Hey i'm Darren, 31, work full time in finance, but don't let that throw you, it just means I can pay rent on time. I enjoy a social drink, I'm active and pretty positive person. I respect personal space, but don't mind a chat either. Looking for a place to call home, not just a place to crash.
We are two friends both easy going persons who love outdoor activities and nature. - Both working full/part time - Organised, clean and respectful - Non smokers - Eager to learn, explore and experience new thing. Interested in one room with one double bed/two single beds or two single bad rooms.
Hi there! My names Jen from Glasgow, Scotland, and I am moving to Sydney in one week, in January 2018, under a WHV. I'm 27 and currently a restaurant and bar manager and will be looking to find work in the hospitality industry, although I am fairly quiet in my free time, not such a party-er anymore although I do still enjoy a couple glasses of wine now and then! In my spare time I like to keep fit and get outdoors, I love my privacy but would also be keen to hang out, go to the beach and have a few drinks together! Big animal lover so any existing pets are a bonus :)
Hi I'm Stan and I'm a 20 years old Dutch student who will move to Sydney in February. I'm an easy going and relaxed guy who likes to socialize and go out for a drink. I enjoy hanging out with people but can also appreciate some personal time and go back to my room and make music. I have lived in Surry Hills back in 2016 for a couple of months and really enjoyed the area so thats why I'm looking for something in that area. I'll be doing an internship at UMG for 6 months and afterwards I will go and travel. If anyone wants to live together or has a room for me feel free to message me Cheers
I am a 47 year old male working full time as an Assistant Nurse at St Luke's in Elizabeth Bay. I am an easy going person, organised and responsible. I like to keep things neat and tidy and don't expect other people to clean after me. I like to spend a bit of "ME" time especially after work to relax. I have a good sense of humour and I try not to let too many things worry me too much. I do enjoy good food, good wine along with great company. Hope to hear from you soon
Hi there, I'm a full time Uni student studying psychology, and I also work four days per week. I'm looking for some friendly flatmates who I can share an occasional meal with or glass of wine. I appreciate a tidy home and am respectful of other people's space. I'm pretty flexible with the move in date, but I'm hoping to find somewhere as soon as possible.
I'm a 24 year old graduate beginning work in Corporate Advisory. I've just returned from a year abroad in the US. I'll be working long hours (80+) in the city starting mid-Feb, so i'll be out of the house during the week. I'm a clean, respectful and social guy having lived in shared housing for the past two years, I understand the need for privacy as well as enjoy being sociable with my housemates and meeting new people. I spend my free time at the beach, gym, playing sports and socialising.
I will be studying full time by distance at the University of Newcastle. I have a part time job working as a nanny. I am tidy, I can cook and I do have my own furniture for my room plus a TV and playstation. I have been living out of my parents house in student accommodation for the past few years. I like reading, movies and music (I play guitar). I also love watching tv series like Friends and How I met your mother (I own both of these on boxed sets plus lots of other DVDs!) I would like to find flat mates who are happy to chat and have dinner/BBQ’s together and watch tv shows or hang out occasionally. I am looking for accommodation in the suburbs I have listed and the surrounding suburbs. I would prefer to live in a share house rather than rent a room from a family.
We are an Italian professional couple (Architect and Engineer) both 30 years old. We love animals and outdoor sport. We hope to have a long time in Sydney. We can't wait to meet new people, any kind of people is ok for us to share a house and have a great time together.
I am a Dutch student, living in Utrecht atm, though the next 6 months I will be doing my internship in Sydney. Therefore I am looking for a nice place to stay and get the most out of my stay in Australia! I love spending my weekends on the beach, travel around, have a drink every now and then and try to get better in surfing!
Hi All, My name is Carly and I work for a professional Relocation Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 2 year working visas. We secure accommodation for them prior to arrival for 4 or 12 weeks (visa type dependant). 4 Week stays: we pay 4 weeks up front and the chef pays a 2 week cash deposit on arrival Extension of the 4 week stays are by negotiation between you and the chef and we are here to assist. 12 Week stays: we pay bond (ideally 2 weeks) up front and we pay rent weekly by bank transfer The 12 week stays are likely to extend to 18-24 weeks. We are flexible with the type of accommodation and just ask that it should be fully inclusive of bills and furnished. We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. CURRENT NEEDS: Hope Island 1 x male x 4 weeks Narellan 1 x male x 12 weeks Anticipated needs (no definite timeline) Terrey Hills 2 x male x 12 weeks (open to twin share rooms) Gymea x 2 male x 4 weeks (open to twin share rooms)
Hi, thanks for taking the time to read something about me... I've landed my dream job after many years of work and building my reputation in the industry and moved to Sydney. However, I moved to Double Bay (about 6 months ago) and it's a little posh for my taste and not really my cultural scene. I get along well with my housemates and they don't want me to leave however I want to live near the coast. I'm flexible with move time and looking for 1 year minimum and longer term if term if it's the ideal house and flatmate. I will be away from home on a regular basis as my job involves travel. I'm healthy, grounded, relaxed, respectful and easy going. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle keeping a clean room/home. I'm friendly, easy to talk to and love a good conversation and a laugh, and known to be able to get along with people from all walks of life. I love animals and kids, however, I have none of my own. I practice (love) yoga and meditation for the past 10 years, I also a regular at the gym. I love hiking and skiing and I'm away each year on ski/hike trips as well. I work with people in leadership development full time. I also facilitate a personal development retreat that is run in 26 countries for the past 21 years. I enjoy a very full and rich life of my own. I don't smoke and rarely drink, happy to have a glass of wine and a chat though. If you're looking for an easy going, stress-free, no hassle guy who pays his way and is friendly and open. Then I'm your flatmate! Look forward to hearing from you! Warmly, Peter P.S. I need a home that offers either off-street parking or at least easily accessible parking nearby.
Hi, My name is Poppy and I'm from Brighton in the UK. I'm currently on a working holiday visa and looking to move out of hostels and into a more permenant residence. I am very clean and tidy and would ensure your property was well loved and looked after. In my spare time I love socialising with friends, wether that be a BBQ on the beach or a few drinks after work. Look forward to finding a new home :)
I’m an extroverted yet focused and independent high school teacher looking for a home of one or several like-minded people (read: fun but non-partying; social but self-sufficient). School life keeps me very busy during the week typically; weekends involve a smattering of outings plus some downtime. Look forward to hearing from you :) Private rooms only.
