Looking for a calm, peaceful, non-smoking home 🙌

I'm 41, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy, and treat every home I live in as if it was my own. I used to run my own cleaning business so keeping a home clean and tidy is a no brainer to me.

I live a very calm, low-key lifestyle, I don't smoke or drink, and am well past my party years. I really value a peaceful home where I can relax and feel at home. I'm friendly, social and enjoy a good laugh, but I'm also someone who enjoys my own company as having time to myself in my own space is where I recharge.

Always close to laughter and I truly value a home where I can recharge. I spend a lot of time outside, time with my little hero, Lexi 🐶 I love my morning coffee before the rest of the world has woken up, fiddle in the garden, nature, animals, a good laugh, time at the gym, keeping healthy and sunshine. I'm an early riser, in bed early, I'm very mindful of being quiet whether sharing a house with others or not, I'm respectful and considerate, respect others privacy, and appreciate the same in return 🙌

I have my little sidekick, Lexi, who's a 5-year-old Border Collie cross (short haired). Lexi is very well behaved, super quirky, quite hilarious medium sized thing 🥰 and I've spent an enormous amount of time training her, and I can provide good references for the both of us.

I truly take being a responsible tenant and looking after a property seriously. I used to rent out properties with my ex, so I know how important it is to have reliable and good tenants who look after the properties well.

While I’d prefer a place of my own, I’m open to sharing with a like-minded, person who has similar values.
